Ortho 1 Medical Group's office staff can assist with any questions you may have regarding insurance authorization, eligibility or deductibles, and co-pays prior to scheduling an appointment with one of our providers. We are contracted with the following insurance:
All copays and balances are due at the time of service. Every insurance is a contract between the patient and his or her insurance company. Ortho 1 Medical Group will make all efforts to bill the patient’s insurance plan. Patients are responsible for all services rendered that are not covered by insurance. A detailed statement will be mailed to your home address. All payments will be due at the time of service.

Workers Compensation
Ortho 1 Medical Group is contracted with most work comp MPN's including Department of Labor Industries, Nassco, and Tribal First. Authorization for treatment must be received before an appointment can be scheduled with one of our providers. If you are unsure how to file a claim for worker’s compensation or have questions, you must first speak with your employer to initiate the claim. Contact your Human Resource Department to explain the nature of your injury and for direct guidance.

Our providers perform the following:
- Panel Qualified Medical Evaluations
- Independent Medical Examinations
- Long-Shore
- Personal Injury
- AOE/COE
Your attorney or adjuster will provide you with direct instructions once one of our providers has been selected to perform a medical-legal evaluation.
